gap construction are proud to be representing this international construction company in their search for a Fit Out Site Manager to work on a Site in Cambridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in RC framed residential buildings, who is looking to manage high-quality fit-out works, ensuring the smooth execution of all trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing fit-out works for RC frame residential buildings, managing all aspects of interior and finishing trades.
• Coordinating and managing metal stud/drylining, 1st and 2nd fix MEP installations.
• Supervising trades such as flooring (hard/soft), joinery/carpentry, kitchen installation, tiling, painting, and decorating.
• Ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the project.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience managing fit-out works on RC frame residential buildings.
• Strong understanding of MEP installations and various finishing trades.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple trades, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality finishes.
