The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join a fantastic medium sized award-winning residential developer that operate throughout Cambridgeshire, East Anglia & Bedfordshire. The successful Senior Site Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of a high end development in Cottenham on the outskirts of Cambridge. You will lead Phase 2 of the development from its inception which involves 100 traditional build houses and apartments with two thirds of the site being private sale and the remaining third being HA plots, built at a pace of 50 units a year and focusing on quality.
Plots include 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, bungalows, and 2 to 5 bedroom houses with a mix of terraced, semi-detached and large detached homes with a build programme of just under 2 years, and an extensive pipeline of future projects to move on to.

What they are looking for
The candidate will need to have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as No.1 on site or phase; be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.
Site Managers or Senior Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes.
