We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a fantastic Maintenance contractor who specialise in Voids, Planned works and response works across Cambridgeshire, they are looking to add a strong, dynamic, commercially driven Site Manager to their team who has a strong background in overseeing complex ecternal projects along wit roofing decorations etc.

This role does offer a great deal of autonomy and is an opportunity for someone to come in and actually make a difference to what they are doing in the area.

Duties & Responsibilities of Site Manager 

  • Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs and forecasts
  • Ensure maintenance activities are prepared, agreed and delivered, on time & within Budget.
  • Ensure site team compliance with Company commercial policies and procedures
  • Ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out, and look ahead programmes are in place
  • You’ll provide confident and clear leadership and direction for the Repairs Delivery teams.
  • You’ll steer the whole branch towards success from a strategic viewpoint, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.
  • Focus on quality, customer service and deliver

Desirable Experience:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Scaffold Inspection
  • Previous experience of working within social housing essential
  • You need to be an approachable person, with the ability to listen, relate to and understand the issues faced by your teams. You’ll need to understand the importance of communication, and keeping your staff engaged and informed with interim and long-term change plans.
  • You’ll have senior-level experience in directing and delivering customer service functions.
