We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit out contractor in and around Cambridge / Surrounding Areas
A Site Manager will be required early December by an interior fit out contractor who specialise in office and retail fit outs.
As the Site Manager, you will ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience so as to have the skills to simultaneously manage multiple elements to the site.
Your experience will be required to effectively control the subcontractors whilst leading the site-based interaction with the client's design and administration team.
The Projects are valued circa 200K-3.5M and tend to be fit out projects. You will be responsible for managing the site and will have to be quite an expert in logistics and they will include some external works also.
You will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high levels of Health and Safety are maintained and the programme is being managed
- Coordination of sub-contractors and suppliers ensuring they deliver on programme and budget
- Maintaining high quality and standards
Key Attributes / Requirements
- Must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Excellent team player
- Proven ability to manage the site team.
- Proven experience of delivery from start to completion.
- Enjoys the challenge of D&B fit out projects
- Client-facing
- Experience on office / warehouse fit outs
