Falcon Green are working with a leading contractorwho are best known for its impressive large scale residential developments across London. The project in question is a major regeneration scheme.As a Fit Out Site Manager, you will report to Senior management to help oversee the construction process from First Fix to Handover.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong construction background with strong knowledge of all aspects of internals.

Site Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Take units from 1st fix to handover
  • Managing all MEP, Drylining and Carpentry packages
  • Carry out QA inspections
  • Ensuring all works are carried out as required
  • Manage the quality of completed works
  • Conduct regular sub-contractor meetings
  • Liaise directly with Project Manager and other Site Managers

Duties:

  • Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of fit-out of the project
  • Ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards
  • Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.
  • Oversee general day-to-day operations on the construction site
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring all site activities are carried out safely.

Requirements:

  • Have a Black or White CSCS & SMSTS & FIRST AID
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Fit-out Site Manager
  • Previous experience involving mixed use developments
  • Main contractor experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
