- Oversee and optimise daily website performance; define and execute ecommerce strategy; prioritise product development and CRO initiatives.
- Develop and adjust product placements and category strategies; manage listings, product feeds, and promotions to drive sales.
- Manage budgets, guide team development, coordinate with agencies, and oversee marketplace activities (e.g. Amazon, QVC).
- Set KPIs with data teams, monitor metrics, and leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
- Lead the Shopify site launch, ensure site compliance, manage inventory accuracy, and align initiatives with company goals.
- 3+ years in a similar D2C Ecommerce Manager role, preferably in subscription, health, or wellness.
- Proven growth-driver with a customer-first approach and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics and CRO tools.
