This is quite an academic office given the nature of their sector, so candidates that have an interest in academic subjects would fit in well culturally.Whilst not essential, having an interest or educational background in technology or science will enable you to deliver first-class content through a wide variety of marketing channels, including email, social, events, blogs, congresses and others, discovering new leads and suggesting improvements to processes.In this role, you will guide and mentor but not manage junior members of the team, as you work collaboratively to achieve goals and succeed against marketing milestones. Duties Include:
- Be the company guardian for brand guidelines
- Overseeing and adapting digital marketing
- Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns
- Compiling reports for senior management
- SEO development and maintenance
- Maintain and improve Social Media presence
- Liaising with colleagues to create content / appearance of the company website
- Ensuring content is produced for our website including press releases, blogs, case studies and other content creation
- Overseeing the organisation of events / exhibitions
- Suggesting and implementing promotions and marketing materials
- Updating and improving the CRM system
