About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, dynamic, and driven individual to join as a Marketing Executive for the Retail Marketing Division. This is a fabulous opportunity within the business so looking for ambitious, customer focused individuals to come and be part of this amazing team!

This is a 1 year Fixed Term Maternity cover

This role is liaises with several internal stakeholders; from the marketing and sales team to our Senior Directors - so looking for someone who can interact with colleagues of all levels and is super-organised at managing several deadlines at once. All the digital content marketing is created in house, you will have the chance to be involved with weekly and monthly retail updates, research for customer meetings, creating engaging signage for sites and drafting content for our Cluster Sales Director for our Town Halls.

The role also has scope to create and design marketing material that can be used across the companies' online platforms, social media and print media, including content for customer presentations. To be successful in role, you need to be able to understand and brand guidelines and be comfortable to use to create content, amble to manage conflicting priorities and enjoy working in a facet paced environment.

About you

  • Previous experience in a Marketing role
  • Experience in Point of Sale, Shopper Marketing and or the Packaging industry desirable but will be interested in experience from FMCG and Digital
  • Knowledge around consumer insights
  • Ability to create content e.g LinkedIn posts
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently to senior management
  • Able to work independently but also comfortable building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders around the business
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time
  • Computer literate, especially on Microsoft packages

Location: This is a full-time hybrid role, working from home with travel as needed to our site in Ely, Cambridge.
