An industry leading Building Services Company is looking for a well skilled and enthusiastic candidate to join the engineering team

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an electrical maintenance engineer to join the companys onsite operations based in the City of London. The contract is built up on commercial building services.

The maintenance engineer will report to the engineering site manager and will be responsible for:

Ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance is completed in line with the Computerised Maintenance System.

Ensuring all information is captured on the Computerised Maintenance System, including booking spares, time, and machine and fault information.

Servicing, repairing and fault diagnosis of all equipment i.e. emergency lighting, UPS, Simtroinc lighting, generators, circuit boards etc.

Pumps, Plant rooms, AHU's, FCU's, cooling towers, BMS

The successful engineer will have:

NVQ Level 3

Clear understanding of health & safety issues

Basic mechanical experience/knowledge

Great time management skills

Strong problem solving skills
