Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with expertise in plumbing, installation, reactive maintenance, and general mechanical systems. Join our dynamic team responsible for maintaining a data centre and two commercial offices in the Cambridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about delivering exceptional building services and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) of AHUs and FCUs
Reactive maintenance and troubleshooting
Plumbing installations and general maintenance
Supporting site systems within the data centre and commercial buildings

Requirements:

Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or Level 3 Plumbing qualification
Proven experience in plumbing and mechanical maintenance
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
A DBS check is required prior to starting a permanent role

Additional Details:

Overtime opportunities available
On-call requirement of 1 in 8 weeks, with a 130/week standby allowance rising to 240 if it includes a bank holiday
