Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Associate Mechanical Engineer toplay a pivotal role in leading technically projects, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days in the office and the rest from home.

Key Responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer Position:

  • Act as the main client contact, representing projects at meetings and communicating project requirements to your team
  • Develop early-stage project strategies and design concepts that meet both the client brief and regulatory standards
  • Manage budgets, resources and timelines in collaboration with team leaders
  • Champion innovation by researching new approaches to stay competitive and forward-thinking
  • Maintain a high professional standard by adhering to quality management processes and risk protocols
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, helping them develop while contributing to team success

What They’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering with a history of delivering complex, technical projects
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, particularly HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Previous consultancy experience and confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
