To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need to have gained 5 years UK based experience post qualification experience as well as having proficiency with AutoCAD. The successful candidate will need a successful background within the residential sector, as well strong experience of job running.

- A minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience within a UK practice
- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Background leading on projects within the residential sector
- Some commercial project experience would be beneficial
- Strong technical and detailing skills
- Experience of job running
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live locally within Wansford
