Position Details:

  • Location: Cambridge (Treatment Centre)
  • Salary: 50,778 per annum
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts
    • 07:00 to 15:30
    • 14:00 to 22:00

Key Duties:

  • Supervise electrical, mechanical, and building trade staff as well as specialist contractors
  • Ensure timely allocation of work and its completion according to performance standards and client satisfaction
  • Manage the use of the Maximo CAFM system for maintenance tracking
  • Order materials and services within the agreed delegation level, and certify satisfactory delivery and completion
  • Monitor staff performance, time-keeping, and absences
  • Provide estimates for quoted works, site measurements, and cost control information, while maintaining essential records
  • Undergo training and qualify as an Authorised Person (AP) and/or Competent Person (CP) if required
  • Occasionally perform hands-on work with tools as necessary

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical
  • Experience supervising electrical/mechanical/building trade staff
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
