What You'll Be Doing:
- Testing electro-mechanical products to precise specifications and documenting results
- Assembling PLC-controlled pneumatic test fixtures for product testing
- Cataloguing and maintaining development test samples and equipment
- Using workshop tools to modify and assemble components for verification testing
- Driving to external test sites and preparing test fixtures
What You Bring:
- Technical know-how: Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic drawings
- Test & measurement: Experience with measuring instruments, pneumatics (basic), and electro-mechanical testing
- Workshop skills: Drilling, tapping, dremel, using hand tools
- PLC programming (basic): Mitsubishi Alpha (desirable but not essential)
- Data & analysis: Competence in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis of test data
- A proactive mindset: Detail-focused, structured, and able to thrive under pressure
- Full UK driving licence required
