Start: 22nd April
Hours: 37 each week
Location: as above, 3 days in the office and 2 from home
You will be able to park on site for 8 of the weeks, 2 you will need to park elsewhere which involves a 10-15 minute walk
Pay rate: 17.15-18.71 per hour

Main duties:

Manage the inbox
Handling enquiries from the website
Diary management
Help to get documents that have been approved for signature
Assist external legal firms in collecting copies of legal documents
Ensure the team maintains accurate and comprehensive agreements records
General admin

Your skills/experience:

Previous PA/EA experience
Strong organisational skills
Conscientious, diligent and great attention to detail
Proficient in Excel, Teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive
