Reed Scientific are partnering with a leading Biotech in Cambridge focused on discovering and developing new therapeutic targets, who have an opening within their operations team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with the day to day running of a laboratory environment. ideally within a GMP environment.

Core Duties:

  • Assisting with managing the laboratory consumables ensuring they are available for use and ordering where required
  • Entering reports and data into a LIMS
  • Preparing, aliquoting, and filling core product reagents
  • Performing general laboratory tasks including maintenance and waste management

Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience working in a biological laboratory within a technician role
  • Understanding of laboratory techniques and processes
  • Experience with stock management
  • Experience working in a tissue culture laboratory (ideally)
  • Excellent attention to detail with good concentration skills
