Location: Bourn, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

I am looking for an account manager to join a sociable and friendly team based in Bourn.

What will you be doing in the account manager role?

  • Offer an exceptional level of customer relations and service.
  • Communicating with existing customers to keep them informed about current offers and company news.
  • Communicating with customers to encourage sales for the company and to nurture/build relationships.
  • Answering customer queries promptly and accurately.
  • Managing customer expectations.
  • Identifying customer needs to result in effective solutions.
  • Processing orders and taking payments.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records on the company database
