As an Occupational Health Account Co-ordinator, you will:
  • Act as the key liaison between OH practitioners and clients, ensuring robust customer service and strong client relationships.
  • Proactively monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring timely updates and responses to client needs.
  • Oversee diary bookings for practitioners and manage day-to-day client workloads.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards in formatting and sending reports.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to long-term planning for operational excellence.
