- Act as the key liaison between OH practitioners and clients, ensuring robust customer service and strong client relationships.
- Proactively monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring timely updates and responses to client needs.
- Oversee diary bookings for practitioners and manage day-to-day client workloads.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards in formatting and sending reports.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to long-term planning for operational excellence.
- Salary £24,000 – £26,000
- Hybrid working – 2 to 3 days in the office, the rest from home
