This role is Monday - Friday with a mix of early and late shifts but no nights! This role offers a salary of up to 37,960, a company car or car allowance of 4,877, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Community Nurse, you will be:
- Providing direct nursing care in the community
- Working closely with families to develop personalised care plans
- Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills
As a Community Nurse, you will receive:
