Looking for a rewarding role that brings healthcare to the heart of the community? We're on the hunt for a dedicated Community Nurse to join a private healthcare provider specialising in care in the community across Cambridge.

This role is Monday - Friday with a mix of early and late shifts but no nights! This role offers a salary of up to £37,960, a company car or car allowance of £4,877, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Community Nurse, you will be:

  • Providing direct nursing care in the community
  • Working closely with families to develop personalised care plans
  • Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
  • Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills

The ideal Community Nurse should have:

  • Competency with IV therapies
  • A Registered Nurse qualification
  • Previous experience in a community nursing role
  • A valid driver's license
