My client is urgently seeking for a experience Talent Acquisition Consultant 3 month Temporary Assignment. To support their internal fast past recruitment function. Hybrid roleAgency or internal recruitment experience Op-orating at junior level recruitment Location - Cambridge Purpose Of Role As an experienced recruiter, you will advise on compliant process and best practice and work in close collaboration with Hiring Managers, HR Partnering teams and external partners to develop highly effective recruitment strategies, using creative and proactive approaches to support the growth and retention of internal talent and attraction and sourcing of external talent.Key Account abilities 
  • Partnering with Hiring managers in the design and delivery of recruitment strategies and delivery of end-to-end campaigns for a large case load of positions within your business area(s), including attraction, selection and offer management
  • As a subject matter expert, ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant process; the drafting of effective and engaging adverts; use of a range of attraction techniques to maximise exposure of vacancies and the use highly effective selection techniques to ensure the best possible candidates are appointed to vacancies.
  • For hard-to-fill and critical roles, undertake direct sourcing activities through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms and use your specialist recruitment skills to create and maintain a pipeline of current and future candidates by growing internal and external networks and other recruitment channels.
Essential Knowledge• Knowledge of best practice in attraction, recruitment and selection techniques• Practical knowledge of recruitment systems and databases• A good understanding of employment law and legislation relating to recruitment and selection.• Knowledge and experience of using social media as a tool for recruitment, including direct sourcing via LinkedIn.• Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Outlook, and ExcelIf you match the above job criteria please do get in contact with Marsha-Louise.
