Our client, a specialist temperature-controlled contractor with over 50 years of industry experience, operates across the process/industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and university sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead their team of field engineers.

As HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the service department team, including technicians and customer service representatives, to ensure performance goals are met. You will maintain and enhance customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and developing repeat business. Overseeing daily operations, you will manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery, monitor performance, and identify areas for enhancement. Financial oversight will be key, as you manage budgets, control expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, you will maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Furthermore, you will drive business development by identifying new opportunities, expanding the client base, and growing revenue through proactive sales and service expansion.
