This role will be an initial 2 month temporary assignment, and will be for 20 hours per week. from 8am -12pm. This role will be an office based position which offers parking on-site at their offices at the Biomedical Campus. As the incoming Facilities Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties:- Providing support for any facilities related queries- Responsible for the day to day management of the facilities system- Maintaining the database for all job request- Generating purchase orders as required- Ad hoc invoicing in relation to PO's- General administrative and secretarial duties- Additional duties as requiredAs the successful candidate for this role, you will have previous experience working in a similar level role, with excellent IT systems. Experience of using CAFM or CMMS (systems) would be a real advantage for this role.
