Kameo Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a leading medical company in Cambridge to recruit a supportive and approachable Office Administrator who will be a key team player in ensuring the smooth running of the office. You MUST have strong attention to detail and be a completer-finisher.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Office Administrator

  • Front of house duties - welcoming visitors, answering phones, handling mail, managing incoming emails.
  • Worldwide travel reservations including ground and air transportation.
  • Visa, permits and all supporting travel requirements and guidance.
  • Efficient coordination of hotel, conference, and internal and external meetings.
  • Arranging lunches for internal meetings and room booking management.
  • Facilities support including liaising with contractors, maintaining stock, and ordering all office supplies and consumables.
  • Contractor onsite management - observing H&S guidance and checking documentation.
  • Assisting with credit card reconciliation for office transactions.
  • New starters IT coordination and follow up support.
  • Assisting with office events.
  • Supporting the Office Manager by assisting in the day-to-day administrative tasks as they arise - at times this is reactive and manual.

Requirements for the Office Administrator

  • Administration / reception / customer services experience in a similar role
  • Must be highly organised and detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience working in a busy and dynamic environment, working independently as well as within a team
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills, as well as good written skills
  • Travel knowledge experience would be ideal but not essential
