Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

- Welcome visitors in a friendly manner and maintain front door security.- Manage day-to-day operations of the office functions and duties.- Book meeting rooms and coordinate the meeting room calendar.- Order office supplies, tea, coffee and snacks.- Maintain workplace policies and processes, ensuring they are properly implemented, e.g. fire safety, health & safety, and first aid.- Coordinate all maintenance and repairs in the office.- Manage relationships with third party suppliers and building management.- Provide other ad-hoc duties when necessary.
