They are looking for an HR Administrator who is customer-obsessed, agile, and audacious. Day-to-day of the role:

HR Administration and Customer Service:

  • Proactively manage ticket queries from employees via the HR ticket system within agreed SLAs, ensuring an outstanding colleague experience at all times.
  • Produce contracts, letters, and other documents related to the employee life-cycle.
  • Administer employee data in their HR system.
  • Support with employee onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.
  • Handle other duties as reasonably requested to fulfil the responsibilities of the HR Shared Service Centre.

Payroll Team Support:

  • Organise tax notices, including cataloguing of tickets and follow-up with payroll providers.
  • Administer new tax notices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in administering HR or payroll, or experience within a fast-paced customer service centre is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong focus on customer experience with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and professional.
  • Proactive outlook with a learning mindset.
  • Organised and methodical approach to tasks.
  • Determination and perseverance to see tasks through to completion.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
