SEND Lecturers Needed – Cambridge & Huntingdon (Part-Time & Full-Time Roles)We are currently seeking experienced SEND Lecturers for part-time and full-time roles across Cambridge and Huntingdon. These positions are available at Further Education Colleges and provide an opportunity to work with learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons to SEND learners.
Provide tailored support and adapt teaching materials to meet individual needs.
Foster an inclusive learning environment and promote independence.
Monitor and assess learner progress, providing feedback and support to ensure success.
Work closely with other teaching staff and support teams to ensure the best outcomes for SEND learners.
Help with planning and implementing strategies for learners with EHCPs.

Key Requirements:

Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent).
Experience working with SEND learners, particularly in a classroom environment.
A valid DBS check (essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting SEND students.
Experience with EHCPs and SEND-specific strategies is a plus.
