Payroll Specialist - part time 30 hours

Pure are recruiting a part time Payroll Specialist on a 15 month contract to cover a maternity leave, this is 30 hours per week and can be worked over 4 or 5 days.  The organisation are a fast growing specialist within the pharmaceutical sector, this role will offer hybrid working which is 2 days in their office which is based on the outskirts of Cambridge. This is a stand alone payroll position but will form part of a friendly and established finance and HR team, the main responsibilities will include -- Coordinating payroll for the UK and European payroll providers - Reconciling and validating payroll data- Dealing with all statutory payments - Dealing with HMRC, PAYE and NI enquiries- Producing of management information reports- Inputting of starter and leaver information onto the HR system- Pension administration including auto enrolment uploadsYou must have previous experience of running a busy UK payroll, have a high level of accuracy and be comfortable working within different systems at one time.
