We are proud to be partnering with a fantastic organisation based within Cambridgeshire looking for an experienced Grower.
As the Grower, joining the team you will be responsible for the production of high-quality plants with exclusive varieties. Conducting regular health checks, providing the correct care throughout the growth process.
You will implement advanced pest control measures, minimizing the use of chemical pesticides through early intervention and natural methods.
The company have invested in state-of-the-art technology including LED lighting, quality assurance systems, and purpose built glass houses, for you to ensure with precision, the optimal conditions for production
Who we are looking for:
Successful candidates will have:
- A genuine passion for the role
- Proficiency in PA1, PA6, and PA9 certifications.
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles
- Strong ability to conduct health checks and diagnose issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with glass house operations
- Experience of maintaining product health in controlled environments.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 39 hours a week with one weekend in 4 required to work.
