A great opportunity to manage a small independent community pharmacy in Cambridge. Permanent OR long term locum. This role comes with the opportunity to further develop and progress internally.A successful independent community pharmacy is looking for a hard-working individual to manage the branch on a full time basis (permanent contract OR long term locum). Managerial experience is preferred, but not essential. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the owner to grow and develop the branch further, which will provide great experience in the pharmacy business and allow for professional career progression.

Key Duties

  • Work as part of and manage a team to ensure the store runs smoothly.
  • Have leadership skills and be business minded.
  • Ensuring that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered.
  • This role allows for a lot of autonomy so use of initiative is important.
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends.
