A leading Construction Health & Safety consultancy is seeking an experienced CDM Principal Designer to lead a dynamic portfolio of projects within the Healthcare and Infrastructure sectors. The CDM Principal Designer Role

As the Principal Designer, you will be responsible for a portfolio of exciting projects, while both acting as Principal Designer and PD Client advisor as you work effectively within a department. You will work in conjunction with Architects & Fire Engineers that they employ in-house.

The CDM Principal Designer Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
