Whilst our client, one of Cambridge's most well-known schools, recruits their next Compliance Officer they are looking for someone to come and support on a fixed term basis for 6 months- based in Central Cambridge there's onsite parking so this position works ideally for those on public transport or drivers.
You'll support our clients school in ensuring that all areas of their compliance (safeguarding, H&S, governance etc.) comply with the relevant legislation. This role reports into the Senior Legal and Compliance officer who will be there to offer guidance and support during your time with them.

- A salary of £29,500 - £34,000
- Hybrid working - 2 - 3 days per week from home
- This role can be either full or part time
This role is a busy position focusing on the day to day current needs but, also working on a project that will see you bringing legacy documents up to date.
This Compliance Officer role, as mentioned above, is being recruited on a 6 month basis however this position could also turn permanent for the right match!
Due to the nature of the role and work the ideal candidate for this position will possess:-
- Good knowledge and understanding of data protections laws and responsibilities
- Experience of regulatory inspections or audits
- Advanced IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to create detailed reports
