Primary Supply TeacherCambridge£140 - £160 a day

Randstad is seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals to join the team as Supply Teachers in Cambridge. As a Supply Teacher, you will step into various classrooms, providing essential cover and support wherever needed. Whether it's for a day, a week, or longer, your role is crucial in ensuring students' learning experiences remain uninterrupted. You'll follow set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment, adapting quickly to different school settings and student needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the provided plans.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide feedback on student progress to the regular class teacher.
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings.
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if you don't already have one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
