Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and active learning.
- Assess and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational environment.
- Participate in and contribute to school events, activities, and professional development sessions.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, stimulating classroom environment.
