We work with a number of partnered schools who are looking to secure new members of staff for their behaviour and pastoral support teams.

These posts would be to start in September or possibly October. You would be responsible for supporting behaviour across the school; safeguarding; and first aid as well as general teaching assistant duties both in a 1:1 and small group capactiy. The schools have an established support team so you would be joining a friendly team. Have you worked in this type of post before? Do you have a calm approach with a nurturing nature?
