Product Manager (Hybrid):
- Commercial, customer-facing technical Product Manager experience
- Comfortable in a small start-up environment
- Good understanding of IOT based software architecture and product deployment
- Technical background, with exposure to Agile development and Cloud as well as on-premise deployment
- Mostly software with some hardware
- Oil and gas domain experience advantageous
- A flexible approach and adaptability
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must be able to travel internationally 25% of the time
Duties:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver Market and Product requirements with prioritized features and justification
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Act as a leader within the company
Role: Product Manager
Location: Cambridge
Salary: 60-75K plus benefits. Flexible work arrangement including hybrid remote working (3 days a week required on-site), technology & leadership training, pension, equity, 25 days holiday.
