Specification Sales Manager
One of the industry's leading suppliers of water reuse solutions is expanding its sales team. My client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover the Outside of London region, with the main focus being Manchester, Birmingham and Cambridge.
Sales Manager will be paid up to 55kpa (DOE) + Car + Laptop + Phone + Bonus
Specification Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Sales Manager will achieve agreed sales targets and KPI's.
- Create demand for the system by working with specifiers, consultants and Contractors.
- Sales Manager will build a pipeline of specified projects by creating strong relationships with consultants.
- Sales Manager will educate and raise awareness on the client's product and service through regular CPD and client meetings.
- Sales manager will identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Sales Manager will maintain accurate ad up to date account information using the companies CRM systems.

- Sales Manager will provide knowledge/competitor activity
Specification Sales Manager will require:
- Sales Manager will need proven experience in specification sales or a related field (ie: public health, engineering/technical, water, drainage)
- Strong understanding of the specification sales process and how to influence decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to deliver CPD sessions to industry professionals.
- Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel as required
- Experience manging a regional terriority and familiarity with CRM tools
