Weare currently looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a leading M&E contractor on a project based in Cambridge. The project is a residential consisting of a 112 Units based in Cambridgewhich is to run for 12 months. We are looking for a well-rounded Mechanical Supervisor who is a team player and has good communication skills as the team you will be leading is a group of 15. The client is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor towork on the fit outs of the apartments which consists of 1st/2nd fix.
Mechanical Supervisor Duties:
- Ordering of materials including plant
- Supervising a team of 15
- Managing all aspect of the full mechanical package
- Assistant the project manager of site
- Working from drawings
- Toolbox talks
- Health & Safety
- Overseeing the subcontractors
- Attend Meetings
- QA and Snagging
