Seeking an experienced Interim Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver a key IT project across the organization. You will be responsible for continuing the trajectory of organizing software engineers to Agile methodologies and then continuing this change to the rest of the company, from initial planning and scoping through to execution and delivery, ensuring smooth project delivery while driving Agile principles.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge digital and IT initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and digital transformation projects, managing tasks through Jira.
  • Define project scope, timelines, objectives, and deliverables while aligning with business goals.
  • Ensure project milestones are met by managing resources, budgets, and schedules.
Agile Practices:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Promote Agile methodologies and best practices within the team, acting as a Scrum Master where needed.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of Agile processes and practices within teams.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with stakeholders across various business units, including IT, development teams, and external partners.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies to ensure project deliverables are met.
Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure any issues are resolved quickly to maintain project momentum.
Team Collaboration:
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate between development, testing, and business teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Experience managing IT projects in an Agile environment, ideally as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Tools Expertise: Experience using Agile project management, must be highly skilled in Jira
  • Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
  • Formal Project Management experiance: Solid experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management. Proficient in managing budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Technical Understanding: Good knowledge of IT systems, software development, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior management.
