MEP Project Manager - Tier 1 specialist MEP Contractor
Partnering with one of the countries leading MEP spealist subcontractors we are recruiting a MEP Project Manager to join their team.
You will be working on a LANDMARK project working side by side with an industry leading project team, consultants and trades delivery a quaility product.
The project hasan MEP value of 52macross Electrical and Mechanicalwhere you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all MEP works with a well resourced project team.
Project has2 years left on the build with a strong pipeline of Multi Residential, Life Science, Health, and Commercial project in the pipeline central to the Camebridgeshire area.
You will ideally come from an electrical bias coupledwith 3+ years of experience working with either a major MEP subcontractor or tier 1 maincontractorin a similar capacity on major projects managing packages in excess of 30m+.
This builder has a strong internal trackrecord of developing andpromoting within where theywould be looking to continuethis trend with the successful candidate for this postion.
