I am currently seeking a Project Manager to join a client of mine based in Cambridgeshire, with frequent international travel. Salary up to 75,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans, they need to recruit for a Project Manager on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to meet customer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include managing procurement processes, sub-suppliers, and subcontractors, as well as overseeing cost and budget management. You will also handle scheduling, programme management, and both customer and subcontractor claims. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, organisational skills, and leadership to ensure project success while promoting continuous learning and improvement. Strong communication skills, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for thriving in this dynamic environment.
Essential Requirements:
- 3 years' experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer
- Heavy Engineering background
- Mechanical Engineer, ability to understand technical drawings and problem solve
- Right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available for this role
Desirable Requirements:
- Bulk Material Handling Experience
