Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects £50M+ Do you thrive in a dynamic environment, leading multidisciplinary teams to success If so, We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major project, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. You will be responsible for delivering complex, high-value projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects valued at £50M+, ensuring financial, operational, and contractual success.
  • Develop and execute robust project strategies, mitigating risks and driving efficiencies.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across stakeholders, contractors, and clients.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
  • Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing clear insights on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, safety, and sustainability.

About You

Proven experience managing large-scale projects (£50M+) in Construction working on Commercial, MOD/MOJ or Highrise
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive results, solve complex challenges, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.
Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management (e.g., PMP, RICS, APM).
