Are you ready to jump into the fast-paced world of property development?

As Development Manager, you'll be at the core of every projectfrom initial concept to the final handover. Gain hands-on experience across the entire development process, including project management, financial analysis, planning, and stakeholder engagement. You be a recent graduate with at least two years relevant experience within the property/ construction/ building sector

Overview
  • Drive project success by supporting every phase of developmentfrom identifying potential sites to handing over completed projects.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and build business cases to ensure projects are financially sound.
  • Navigate the complex world of planning and statutory approvals by liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders.
  • Manage key relationships, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Assist with financial oversight, including budgets, cash flow, and cost monitoring.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
  • Identify risks and contribute to strategies that keep projects on course.
