A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this reputable Estate Agents, who are now looking for an ambitious Property Valuer/Lister to cover the Peterborough area and join this progressive, fast growing sales business.
- £30,000 - £45,000 (OTE)
- Full-time Monday to Friday
- Saturday availability (day off in lieu during the week)
- 28 days paid holiday (including Bank Holidays)
The successful candidate will have industry experience and have the drive and hunger to succeed. As the Sales Valuer & Lister for the Peterborough area you will work closely with the Branch Manager and be responsible for developing and generating valuation leads, conducting market appraisals, and successfully converting these to sales listings.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and attributes:
- A focus on generating new and repeat business and winning new property listings
- Booking and completing of property valuations with new clients
- Canvassing, touting, door knocking and leaflet dropping the local area
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Confident, professional and well presented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic and highly driven
- Ability to hit targets and manage own workload
- Communicate with current and prospective clients
- Confident in working on own initiative and under direction
