Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team.As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales, building lasting relationships with clients, and contributing to the agency's continued success. You will use your expertise in property sales, negotiation, and customer service to deliver outstanding results, ensure client satisfaction, and exceed targets.Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and potential leads. Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the property sales process.
  • Negotiation: Conduct effective and persuasive negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients while maximizing company revenue.
  • Property Sales: Manage the sales process from valuation to completion, ensuring smooth transactions and delivering excellent service at every stage.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the local property market, competitor activities, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, including valuations and potential buyers, and proactively work to increase market share.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role in the property industry (preferably in Cambridge or a comparable market).
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the property sales process and the local housing market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
