The Internal Communications Business Partner is a Temporary Assignment for 3 month Fixed Term Contract. You will support and be involved in the mission and life of the organisation. Also, partner with the relevant business areas and strategic programmes. To provide trusted internal communications expertise.聽

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for the performance and delivery of all internal communications and engagement activities across designated business area 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Build effective stakeholder relationships working collaboratively and as a trusted partner to stakeholders, coaching and facilitating effective delivery of their communication and engagement needs. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Plans and delivers a pipeline of compelling content and engagement, which connect people to our mission, strategy and values, whilst being attuned to audience needs and grassroots opinion. This includes leadership communications, change projects as required, in addition to the full range of communications practice. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Drive high levels of engagement, making use of quantitative and qualitative techniques to measure impact and influence decisions路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure all internal communication adheres to ethical and legislative requirements and uphold standards which promote a positive, diverse and inclusive culture.路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Delegate day-to-day tasks effectively to the supporting Internal Communications Officer Agile group and adhere to established internal reporting systems路聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to wider Internal Communication projects and campaigns路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for self-directed learning to keep skills and market knowledge up to date and relevant, and using this to benefit the wider team.Essential Experience聽and Skills聽
  • Extensive internal communications experience within a large, global organisation through periods of change
  • Proven track record of partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing decision making with communications insights
  • Experience of managing internal communication and engagement strategies, campaigns and activities and its related channels and media including intranet, print, video, digital and social media
  • Able to develop communication approaches and styles reflecting an individual鈥檚 communication preferences and tone of voice
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationships at all levels, both internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent copy writing, editorial and storytelling skills with ability to write and present clear and concise communications to a range of audiences.
  • Strong decision-making skills with ability to determine and implement appropriate action required, including knowing when to seek guidance.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to developing others.
