- Extensive internal communications experience within a large, global organisation through periods of change
- Proven track record of partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing decision making with communications insights
- Experience of managing internal communication and engagement strategies, campaigns and activities and its related channels and media including intranet, print, video, digital and social media
- Able to develop communication approaches and styles reflecting an individual鈥檚 communication preferences and tone of voice
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationships at all levels, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Excellent copy writing, editorial and storytelling skills with ability to write and present clear and concise communications to a range of audiences.
- Strong decision-making skills with ability to determine and implement appropriate action required, including knowing when to seek guidance.
- Strong team player with a commitment to developing others.
