The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The Project Quantity Surveyor will be part of a tight-knit and adaptable team of eight, actively involved in high-impact projects within the Healthcare and Residential sectors. With over 60 live projects and more on the way, this is a prime opportunity to join a fast-growing firm that has already doubled its turnover this year and anticipates the same growth next year. As the team is set to double by 2025, this role offers ample room for career progression and increased responsibility.

At this consultancy, the rewards go beyond competitive pay. The Project Quantity Surveyor will also benefit from a 10% bonus on any new client business brought in, and a 5% annual retention bonus for nurturing long-term client relationships. The Project Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Project Quantity Surveyor will bring a proactive mindset, client focus, and dedication to excellence:

路 A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

路 Experience in Healthcare or Residential projects is advantageous.

路 Strong pre- and post-contract experience.

路 Ideally working towards or achieved MRICS.
