Fairmead have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in:

- Package Procurement / Management
- JCT D&B contracts
- 4P
- Excel
- Bluebeam

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software applications

This is what your salary and package would look like

Basic salary between 55k - 80k
