Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a QS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial and contractual success of projects, managing costs, and providing expert advice to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

路Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts.
路Procurement: Oversee the procurement process, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
路Valuations: Conduct regular valuations and manage payment applications for subcontractors and suppliers.
路Financial Reporting: Monitor and report on project financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
路Contract Administration: Manage contracts, including preparation, review, and resolution of disputes or claims.
路Cost Control: Ensure cost control procedures are implemented and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
路Change Management: Assess and manage variations, ensuring costs and implications are clearly communicated.
路Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and site teams to ensure alignment on project goals and financial outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:

路Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, ideally on residential and commercial projects.
路Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
路Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
路Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
路Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, cost management software).
路Certifications:
oDegree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred).
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: up to 拢75,000 (DOE) + Benefits
