Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity – Cambridge

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a project based in Cambridge. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work across 3 days on-site, 1 day from home, and 1 day in the office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial projects and a proven ability to manage costs and contracts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of cost management for commercial construction projects
  • Prepare and manage contracts, budgets, and valuations
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and align with financial goals
  • Provide detailed reports and financial forecasts to senior management
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
